Default Vacuum leak

My cruise hasn't worked since I bought my truck. after some research I discovered that it's most likely a severed vaccum line under the battery tray. I found this link giving directions on how to fix it. http://dodgeram.info/tsb/1997/08-22-97a.htm

Where do i get this gasket? or what should I use? Any ideas would be helpful.

Hey hows it going? I have a question. If you are driving and and turn on your cruise control, does your RPM's drop to the floor. I have a bad PCM which is coming in on Monday. It's weird because of the bad PCM I have a check engine light on but when I press the cruise control button the RPM's plummet my truck shutters a little and then the check engine light is gone until the next time I turn it on. Also if I am not pressing the gas and hit cruise I stall out. Can't explain it. anyone have any ideas on that?

Nope, I've never noticed any issue like that. My cruise control simply doesnt work at all. The other issue (which is said to be related) was the air coming out of my vents (A/C and non) will get redirected out of the defrost vent when I go over a certain RPM. I'm going to pull my battery and tray out this weekend and see if I can see any problems. I noticed a stray vaccuum line hanging loose near the battery, I'm hoping thats it.

My cruise doesn't work on my 2000 2500 but the dealer told me the servo was bad and needed a new one. they wanted $198 to replace. NAPA has it for about $70. Haven't replaced yet.
