Default Bad Vibrations

A few months ago i slid my truck off into a ditch, i was only going about 15-20 and it was snowing. I didnt think that any damage was done but now Im getting a really bad vibration in my front end, it only happens occasionaly when I hit a bump or turn sharp and fast. the only thing that I have done diffrent is add a 3 inch body lift and some 36 inch tires. I have a dual steering stabilzer but havent had enough time to put it on. My local dealer said its out of alignment pretty bad and that i needed a new drag link, so I replaced that. Still the same thing. So I think im going to put on the stabilizer and get the alignment done, this should correct it. Have any of you experienced this after putting on bigger tires?

The vibration is pretty bad, it feels like my whole truck is hopping, almost like its stuck in 4 wheel drive, but its not. I have to stop completely in order to for it to straghten up. Any help is appreciated.
