Default fan clutch is roaring again.

I am pretty sure that the clutch is bad, but I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas on my problem. I usually run an E-Fan in the cooler months, but when it starts getting warmer like this I have to put the stock fan on, or the temp will climb fast if I am sitting in traffic. I bought and put a new clutch on the truck at the beginning of summer. Here is what I am experiencing. Sometimes when I start the truck and take off, it sounds normal, I can here the exhaust and the truck excellorates perfectly. But, most of the time it ROARS! Like a Mac truck when I am taking off and downshifting to pass a car. I got it to stop roaring by mashing the peddle a bunch of times, but it always goes back to the roaring. It is almost like there is not enough fluid in the clutch, or the heating coil on it is bad? I am to the point of considering taking it off again. I know it is not good for the power, MPG's, and my water pump. Also, when I go to pass someone and downshift hard, it revs really high and the belt squeels for a split second. Should I take it off and try another? Don't know if I have the reciept from AZ

Sounds like a bum clutch.
Funny (in bad way) how many new parts for our trucks tend to be defective out of the box
