Default creaking/cracking sound

Does anyone have a creaking/cracking sound when the put their truck in a gear? Almost sounds like cracking knuckles or something is trying to break loose and it does it after I've put the truck in drive or reverse and I accelerate. I've tried wiggling the driveshaft back and forth but everything is tight and there isn't movement so I'm not sure what else to be looking for.

Try re creating the sound with the truck parked (engine off). Push forward and backward, bounce the truck up and down etc...

Sometimes the rear springs will bind up / rub a bit and make noise (or other suspension parts).
