hub prob

Default hub prob

I have an 01 1500 offroad and the hubs won't disengage. when I'm driving down the road it makes a clicking sound how can I manually unlock the hubs or another way to fix my prob

You could always put manual lockouts on the front axle

It could be the vaccum actuator on the front axle, I would check that out before you start tearing anything apart

check the hoses too see if there disconected mine got disconected btw not sure if its the same on ur truck but its alot and i mean alot of $$$$$$$$$ to change to manual locking hubs for my 96 dodge ram u gotta find a hole new axel

Hey i checked the U joints on Sunday and you were dead on the right front U joint is shot. thanx for the help you saved me alot of money
