i have an 01 1500 ext. cab 4x4 it has a 360 i went to go start it and all it wants to do is crank it was running fine until then i got a new battarie and still nothing. last time i drove it it ran fine. does anybody have any idea whats wrong.

Let me move this over to 2nd gen for you, get you some help. After you got the new battery put in, do the interior lights come on when you open the doors, do the headlights come on when you turn the headlight ****?

 

check for spark and fuel

can you hear the fuel pump?

 

you got a new battery before it wouldnt start, or because it wouldnt start?

 

yes all the lights come on.

 

it had the old battery in it when it did that so i got a new one cause i thought it might be the problem but still nothing

did you ever get it to start after the problems in your other threads? it would help if you would have said that you had had other problems

 

What other problems are we talking about?
