Default 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 Shaking when I stop

Ok Dodge ram 1500 2wd 5.9 what happens when I push on the brakes normally the driver side wheel starts to shake kinda like a up and down shake but I dont feel anything in the stearing wheel but if I softly push on brakes it doesn't really do it. and to top it all off it doesn't do it all the time sometimes its drives normally. I just put new ball joints on it because it was queaking but it was doing this problem before I change the ball joints I thought the ball joints was the problem..

I would say its a warped brake rotor, if it only does it while applying the brakes

welcome to df!
