Default Spark plugs for my truck...

I have a 1997 Dodge ram sport 4x4 with 360ci engine... has 165k on it, just did a complete tune up and bought champion platinum plugs... i know.. im not impressed... basically im pulling them out and pitching them... what type plug do you think i should use? ive heard good things about the E3 plugs...

Put the normal champions in there i have read these engines run the best on them not platinums.

Agreed. With a spark gap of .040 . The people at auto parts stores will hand you anything off the shelf sometimes. I always check.

Please! Use anything but the E3's. I used these and got 3 cylinder misfires, so you may wanna stay away from these. There have been many other DF members who have reported problems with these plugs. Stick with a good set of Champs, or NGK plugs.
