Welcome to DF.

What speed(s) specifically does it do it at? If its at highway speeds, most likely the TPS.

Let me move this to 2nd gen Ram (1994-2001) for you, get you some more answers.

Either TPS or IAC sensors off the throttle body....depending on the specifics of the problem. (We need more details BTW)

To replace sensors, just pop off the electrical connector and remove two screws holding in place. Installation is reserve or removal. And yes this procedure is extremely easy and quick.

$30 for TPS $40 for IAC @ Auto Zone

Hope this helps...Welcome to the Forums
