Got my grille off my truck(didn't break anything!!!) NOw i would like to paint it black... Any ideas on a good paint for it? I also got some metal grille inserts and haven't decided on a color to paint them. Any ideas there?

 

I've had good results with duli-color. It's expensive for a rattle can, but it has turned out great for me when I've used it. Make sure to sand the grille, prime, paint, and clear. You could paint the inserts black and do the grille the same color as your truck

What color are you thinking? Gloss or flat?

 

Crap!!! well i tried to take the chrome off and failed bad... So now i will be buying a new grille anyone know where i can get a non chrome one cheap? btw was thinking color match and then black inserts=P

 

LMC Truck has a lot of variety. I don't know about cheap though. Depends on what you consider cheap.

 

they have them on ebay for cheap like around 30-50 dollars for a black one
