time i have, money i can get. i can get a 440 from a buddy for 500 or so thats everything carb to ex manifolds. the 4500 might cost about 1k if i find one used. what about electronics.
You would need all electronics to go with it. In the end the money spent on this you could build up the 360 to be bigger and badder than that 440 and get a nice tranny.
