Default Does replacing a steering stabilizer mess up an alignment?

I am just wondering if I should have it aligned after it is installed. Common sense says that even if it doesn't mess things up, I should still install it before getting an alignment.

I figured that. Just needed a sanity check. I think it makes a difference if a bracket mounting kit is needed, but since it comes stock, it is just a swap.

THANKS!

The only thing that I would think should really alter alignment is tie rods and ball joints...

I don't think there's any steering shock you can put on that would require an alignment, as you're not actually changing anything as far as toe in/out goes.

well, if you have to use the mounting bracket kit, you can mount them off center and when fully extended it can lock the shock before you lock the steering.
