I sure couldn't find anything online for a replacement. Your best bet is the junk yard. Maybe someone else will have some more info.

You could try these guys
http://dto.vftis.com/mopar/disclaimer.asp
I just went through the disclaimer and punched in year, body style, and went down to powertrain control module, it gave some info looked like pin out info but they say they are repair kits.
This could be a STICKY or a link if it is truley a repair part site. so let us know?

Default wire harness update

Ok, I had called a few junk yards in the area and did not have much success, plus from what I have been told when a junk yard pulls out a wire harness there is a good possibility they will cut it in places to get it out. A new one from the dealer is around 500 bucks, however there aren’t very many of these left and the part number is superseded and the new part number costs over 2, ooo bucks! Luckily I found a good used one that was meticulously removed by a dealer and got it for a fraction of the cost of a new one, I will let you guys know if this finally fixes my electrical/02 sensor problem. Thanks for your help and guidance

I know you found it already, but here is a good place for that and all kinds of other parts. http://www.mintonmotorsinc.com/index.html
