Default 2000 ram 1500 driveline shudder

I have an odd shudder that almost feels like I'm going over a rumble strip. It's mostly noticeable at highway speeds around 50-60mph. I'm thinking maybe a u-joint, or could it be related to the pinion bearing That I'm pretty sure needs to be replaced Any help for thisnewbie is most appreciated

It would be your rear u-joint. Had mine fail and blow out my t-case while on the interstate.
