Default Engine Misfire

k here's my problem. I have an 02 with the 5.9 engine so I thought I would post here because there are more 5.9 guys than in the third gen section. Yesterday i noticed the idle on my truck was a little rough, i thought maybe bad gas or something, then driving home I got a cel for cylinder 5 misfire. i just bought this truck and don't know the history of maintenance on it. I was thinking of doing all the plugs, wires cap and rotor to see if that cures it. Do you guys have any other ideas to the cylinder 5 misfire?

My bad o2 made the engine idle rough and throw a cyl 5 misfire. Also check the pcv valve and coolant temp sensor.
