What is needed to put 36" Super Swampers on a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 extended cab truck?

i'd say 7 inch lift to be safe, screw the 4.56 go 4.88 and hell throw a dana 60 and 70 under there

Yep! 36" tires and 3:55's just don't get it.Especially without a sawzall!

I have 35s and stock gears and i have no complaints. I'm still getting 12 mpgs and never use overdrive

You have an off-road which is 4.10 gears vs. the more common 3.55's big difference in power with 35's

You can fit 40's just fine!!!! Maybe just a blade or two.
