Harland Sharp 1.7 Part # S70037?
Cost of the 1.6 or 1.7 HS non adjustable rockers for the V8 5.9 is $319.99 + $25 ship to Canada . Typically, ship takes 5-10 days or less. I will also have to pay Duty on them and UPS usually Charges $80 C.O.D
I just dropped the the 1.7's in a couple of weeks ago..
Make sure you get them torqued down right- it takes a little bit and several turns of the crank to do it.. You shouldn't hear a thing from them if it's right...
$500 is a lot of $$.. I don't know if it's worth it, but there is a noticeable gain, though not huge.. I'm sure there is less strain on the engine and valve train.. and there is a slight lope at idle.. I'd do it again, but I only paid $300..

Well southeast wants $320 + shipping.....and any duty that I would need to pay at the border. I travel into the states quite a bit....any stores that sell them ?

Where do you travel to in the states a family or friends house, a business for work?
See if you can get them shipped to one of the places in the states you go bye regularly and it will save you the duty maybe some on shipping too

edit: disregard.. those are the adjustable ones... I seen these when I was ordering some things from Summit some time back.. I got mine from either Moe's or Summit, but I'm thinking I paid $349..
