Hey guys. does anyone need or want a set of front coil springs from a 1500 4x4? i have a set from upgrading to diesel coils on my '01. im trying to get rid of them, and it doesnt seem like anyone wants them. i posted in the forsale section here but there has been no responses. id like to get about 75 for them, but im open to offers.
Just curious, why would you want to go with the diesel coils, why stifer?
3 reasons. 1. you get 2" lift out of them. 2. i plow with my truck. stiffer springs means the truck hold the plow better and it doesnt drop as much when the plow is raised. 3. i love the ride of a stiff suspension. im used to riding around in a lowered honda. so im used to it.(i used to own a 99 prelude)

I need a longer pair like u used off the diesel. I put a pair of 3"levelers on top of my springs and Iam hatin the ride.
I want the height but not hte stiffness

look for a pair of used v10 or diesel coils. mine came from a 97 or a 98. cant remember now. either way you go its going to be stiff. but imho it makes the truck handle ALOT better. alot less body roll on cornering. other than that you can go here you can get 3 inch coils specifically for the half ton that keeps the "softer" ride.
