Stritchly my preferences, others may differ or have their own.

Plugs- NGK V-Power(thanks Jason) part# 4291 standard gap
Coil- the MSD and or Accel are a slight upgrade from stock
Cap/Rotor/Wires- Mopar Performance Cap/Rotor kit from Summit for around 20 bucks. Summit also offers a Cap/Rotor/Wire kits with some real nice 7.5 mm wires for around 50 bucks. Accel offeres the same, with the heat shielded boots that elimanate the PITA sheetmetal heat sheilds for around 100 bucks, comes with Accel u-groove plugs too.

+1 Zman, the exact stuff i used during my tune up, but i used Accel wires. Noticable improvement in power and MPG, but my spark plugs had no electrodes left when i bought the truck so anything would have been an improvement.

redneck- you're doing about the same thing I did- all at once... I did e-fan setup and headers at the same time too...

it feels like a different truck.. You're going to dig it..

I did the NGK iridium plugs, and 8mm wires from Hughes.. the cap and rotor button also came from Hughes..

Good luck and- fwiw: I doubt you see the mileage increase until you get used to having the power.. Your foot will win the argument with your wallet for a while.. :-)
