Its a 2000 Dodge ram 1500 rc/lb and 2wd.

Was in a bad accident, had to straighten the frame. I got it aligned after and its still pulling to the left pretty well with no hands on the wheel. Any ideas of what i should check for.

 

dragging caliper, look at the pads and see if they are worn more than the other side

 

i checked my pads earlier today. they are all wore the same. just thinking a little do you think it could be ball joints/ tie rods?

 

You bet, an alignment can't fix broken parts. Get under your truck and check every steering part for movement, check all the bushings for rotting/drying out. The bushings are definitely shot though.
