Also when installing a locker do i still have to buy the ring and pinion as well or is that included with the locker.

Unless you have the specialty tools to do the swap, I'd let a shop do it, boss. Rebuilding a differential looks simple because it's a simple mechanism. Truth is, performing heart surgery looks easier. Might be why a shop will charge you $250 for the gears and $800 for labor. There's a lot that goes into it.

Here's a link you can check out. There is no such thing as cheap when it comes to gears and lockers. If you have a friend that really knows what they are doing then you can save some bucks, but make sure they have all the right tools to do this, If they don't say thanks and take it to a shop. You probably find cheaper in the states but this will give you an idea of cost and what you will need for tools and parts.

Yes you will have to buy the r&p and a locker. The front diff is a Dana 44, I am not sure on that one but, It looks right. I was on the internet the other day and I found a site that was selling both axle's(front&back) r&p plus install kits for around $450 I'll see if I can find it again.

What gears are in your truck now? You will most likely need a new carrier for the front as well.
R&P Carrier Breaks: 3.73-lower, 3.92-higher
