So if the shop couldnt get a set of 265/75/16 tires balanced right, why'd you take it to the same shop again?

If you have a vibration issue at ALL speeds it is not a balance issue.

It's at 5 mph, 25, 40, 50, 60 and 75. It's like I'm riding on eggs. At 5 mph you feel the truck move up and down.

That sounds like a bent axle/snout, or routed out hub.

or now that I think of it, you could have a tire with a flat spot on it.. In fact, I'd be willing to bed that's the problem. Do any hard braking lately?

As stated, something is not round. You need to take it back to the shop and put is on a balancer to see what it is. It could be tires, it could be the wheels, it could be the way the wheels are seating on the hubs if you have aftermarket wheels that are not hub centric.
