Default Roller cam in the 3.9 V6?

Does the 3.9 V6 in the 95 - 2001 Ram 1500 use a roller or a flat tappet cam?
Wondering if some ZDDP additive would be a good thing or not needed.
Thanks, -greg

No, doesn't seem to be. But I am a new owner and am used to older motors like the Jeep 4.0 which has a flat tappet cam and benefits from sliding additives like ZDDP. I hate that the new oil formulations threw the older motor designs "under the bus"!
