I'm running two Flowmaster 40s through dual exhaust, nice rumble out the pipes and in the cab.

If your staying with single exhaust I would say go with a muffler designed for large displacement engines.

 

I just put a single in - dual out, series 10 flowmaster on my 5.2 liter. It sounds great! It's not too loud (because many of the magnums from California have x3 cats). The series 10 flowmasters are not suggested for highway driving, but I didn't ger the right sound with the series 40.

 

well i have true duals back to the muffler.then somebody kept the bigass stock muffler..so i want to go with true duals all the way..was thinking about the cherry bomb extreme.and just using 2 of them
