Well bad news . I left my truck in park for about 5 mins put it in drive and it died again. I changed my rear end oil. I had no shavings at all. It's still whining.
Where would I start with diagnosing the engine issue and what can I do about my rear end
Thanks

What brand IAC did you purchase? And do the key trick and check the codes again.

Sorry, I went out yesterday and tried the key trick on my 98 and it does not work on mine either. I have a scanner and never tried the key trick before.
