Default max tire size

I was just wondering about the max tire size on a stock ram 4x4? I have heard from many people that you can fit 33s on a stock ram! My truck has 32 x 11.50 15s and I maybe have a half an inch clearance from the rear of the fenderwells behind the front tires! I am running MT rims w/ 3 5/8 backspacing! I used to have 285/75/r16s with the stock rims and they rubbed on the control arms. Just wondering if anyone else had heard the same thing!

I had 285/75R/16 M/Ts on 16x10 wheels and they were fine the only reason they rubbed is because I had huge fender flares and the tires hit the bottom of them. When I took the flares off the tires fit fine.
