Default Gutted Stock Cat or Magnaflow?

Wondering what to expect if I change out my gutted stock cat for a Magnaflow.

Mileage increase or decrease?
Power?
Sound?

seen that u have a 98 and all ready have Custom dual exhaust i would put a Magnaflow cat on

it will be louder but not as lound as the gutted

i have the gutted it made my truck a hell of alot louder and i may have lost a little low end torque

magnaflow cat makes the exhaust sounds alot better and gives ya some low end grunt

i know mine as kindy a raspy sound at a idle when i gutted it but i am running a glasspack with headers

magnaflow all the way i have a direct fit and i really do like the sound and the low end i could tell a huge difference from when i had no cat.
