Well I pulled of the breather box and looked down the throttle body today, and there is no puddles of oil. It does look dirty but no oil puddles. I pulled the PCV valve out and it had some trash or sludge on it so I cleaned it up. It rattles good now! When I pulled the breather box off and looked at the air filter(it was a k&n) it looked as though it had never been cleaned. It was bad!!! I cleaned it out with k&n filter cleaner and then coated it back with the k&n oil. Would a badly clogged air filter cause code P0420 because of the emissions crap making it not read right? Thanks for the help!!!

After cleaning and oiling the air filter and cleaning the pcv valve I set out of a few drives! I put more than 120 miles on the truck with mixed driving (hwy and city, babying and getting on the gas) and the check engine light has not come back on! Maybe that fixed my P0420 code and everything is reading right now! I got my fingers crossed hoping this fixes my problems.
