Hey all,

I want to put a stereo in my truck that has the infinity stereo. I believe I have 6x9's all around. I have a new head unit and want to amplify my door speakers. Will I lose that much sound if I just put speakers in the front that dont have the separate tweeters?

I have a 12" Alpine Type S (blue one), Sony head unit and a couple 4 channel optimus amps, a Kicker 4 channel. I got most of this crap for cheap, so I want to use it for a little bit. In the end, I want better amps (if these are junk) and an Alpine or Eclipse head unit.

Lastly, has anyone taken out the center seat and console in the front of a quad cab and built their box? Its either that or build one for under the back seat...
