So, ive been using the search tool on the site but cant find the answer to this question. So if i add a 2500 4X4 spring and leafs to my truck which has a 2.5in spacer in the front and 3in block in the back. What else will i have to? Stablilizers, sway bar?

 

At about 4.5" of front lift you will need upper and lower control arms, track bar drop braket, drop pitman arm, sway bar drop brackets ect. You can't bolt 2500 hd springs in the back. They are 3" wide and 1500 is 2.5" wide.
