99 2500 sport ram 4x4 no inside lights radio or low beam head light only high beams work. it sat for a year outside and it wouldn't start cause battery was low i could play the radio then replaced battery now the radio doesn't work im not sure if the inside lights worked before i bought it..

 

there is a fuse in the fuse block on the drivers side door that has a yellow clip on it it a 10 amp fuse it morethan likely your problem. i had the same problem in my 98 last year, check it out let me know
