Default Resale Value?

The other day I was given a 94 3500. It needs work and came with a cap and a plow. I want to sell both. Right now is the perfect time to sell the plow as winter in New England is about to start. I don't know much about the plow at this time, but it is a leer cap. Any idea how much I should be asking.

my leer cap was 1160 installed for my 2001 1500. That is brand new and painted to match the color of the truck.

If the rear latch works, is lockable then you have something good. HOWEVER, if it is the same color as your truck, it will be hard to find a person to buy it unless you can find someone with the same truck color.

you CAN probably sell it for 400, but it will take a while because it is worth more WITH the truck, than WITHOUT it.

I junked my 1996 WITH the camper top because it would have taken me a year to sell it.

I sold my cap for $350 it was fully functioning and had 2 keys took less than 20 minutes to get a call from craigslist and within 2 hours was gone.

Somewhere around $400-$500 and it shouldnt take long to sell
