Default homemade plenum dimensions?

I haven't pulled my intake yet to measure the existing. What dimensions of flat aluminum do I need buy? I couldn't find them in a search.

Yes. It's just a flat plate with holes drilled in it. I need to know the max width/length.

My advice, whatever size it is, use diamond plating

7 1/4" x 16" rectangular dimensions at the widest and longest points. I used a skil saw with a carbide blade to cut mine out, and then a bandsaw to trim it.
