Default what is this?
i was disconnteing the battery when i noticed a a vacuum line hanging down. so i took out the battery box and saw where it had come off this "thing" under the box. i attached back.

what was it?

rotate the picture 90 deg to the left and maybe you will understand better

AHHHHHHHHH so that is why the curise did not work. HA HA HA ill check that out when i fix the tranny problem!
