I had the same thing happen on my 01 and it was a blow "IDO" fuse. It is in the dash fuse block covered by a plastic cover. It took me a while to find the problem because the cover hides the fuse and I did not know what IDO was. Thank to this forum found information. IDO= Ignition-Off Draw When they shipped the truck from the factory the fuse is pulled out enough to keep the battery from discharging. The cover held the fuse in place so all the dealer had to do during the setup was push the cover in to install the fuse. Remove the cover so you can check the fuse, I think its a 10amp mini.
