35" Tires gone bad
Ok, I got these 35" tires mounted on 15" wheels off of ebay for $600,(for my 2001 Ram 1500 Off-Road) pretty good price since the tires are nearly new and the wheels are better than the ones I have. Problem is, the backspacing on the wheels pushes them out quite a bit. Mounted on the truck they look awesome but when you turn, it hits against the lower rear portion of the fender really bad. The rear is fine but the front of the truck sits a little lower than the rear so I am wondering if I throw in some 2500 springs will it raise it up enough to stop hitting or do I need to get a body lift too?
I would recommed getting a daystar 2 or 3 inch leveling kit. You can get them for around 100.00 and they dont change your factory handling.

Ps: look on ebay or JC whittney

I saw somethings aways back about your daystar 2 inch lift up front.
Can you fully recommend them.
Hows the ride and does it stop the droop I get when I hit a speed bump.
Did you change your shocks?
Thanks
I got a rough country( I beleive thats the brand.) 2" leveling kit off of ebay for $60.00. Didn't change the ride at all. I am going to have to change the front shocks because the factory shocks tend to top out when I hit a big bump. But if I steer clear of those the ride is the same. Also, a very easy upgrade. Did it myself in about two and a half hours.
