i just got the new air hat today

i'm jelous i want mine lol..does it work without hitting the throtle cable

mine does hit. but i believe its past WOT or at WOT when it contacts. I will have to find a code scanner to look at data. to see the info on % of WOT monitoring.

well i got the new piece installed and it dosent hit anymore tried to upload pics but my computer wouldnt let me

Interesting, kudos to Spectre for fixing a new found issue.

S.O.B. really i got mine just before Christmas and they send one with the old part. I checked it and its like 95 to 98 % WOT (not bad). if you guys didn't bring this up. I would probably not of found out about this, til I dyno the bitch this spring.

I got my new plenum from Spectre yesterday. Installed it last night, and can definitely tell the difference with WOT and proper shifting. It has a little notched spot on the bottom of the plenum arm to allow the throttle cable to move properly underneath.

does it look like the pic i posted 2 post ago... i assume they all where the same
