As far as i know the V-10 is only Available in 2500 and maybe 3500 but not 1500 however you can get a V8 in a 2500 although it is rather rare or from at least what i have seen.
Ive seen the 360 in the 2500's all over the place. and even how ever backwards it may be Ive seen the 360 pop up in the 3500's. still trying to figure that one out
Up until dodge came out with the SRT10 in the 3rd gen's the V10 only came "from factory" in the 2500 and 3500. IF you have seen one in a 1500 before the SRT10 then it has been changed by an individual.
