Whenever I turn the steering wheel, I get this noise coming from the steering column, sounds literally like its right by the steering wheel. I replaced the clock spring since the AIRBAG light was on and I figure its got to be that since thats what it sounds like, well it fixed the AIRBAG light but still the noise, theres obviously something in that shaft, like a plastic grocery bag filled with wires or something, I just dont want to take it apart again.

 

Steering shaft, Lower column bearing, or the upper column bearing. Most likely the lower column bearing.
