Default shakeing/shimmy

I have a 96 1500 with a 5 speed manual and when i am goin bout 30 miles a hour and accelerate the truck starts to shake like it needs a tire balanced or a bad universal but i changed a universal and had the tires balanced. So rather than take it in to the shop and have them guess i would like to try and solve this myself so any input would be great

Driveshaft phasing should be addressed mine is currently in the same boat. However I would rather a shop mess with it, dunno if they do or not.
