Default 94 1500 has "death rattle" ???

So I bought my 94 pickup in September..it was neglected because it was strictly the farm truck, so it got cleaned up and cleaned out, changed fluids and filters and it's run great with no complaints this far. It started getting consistantly cold in Missouri around November and thus began my problem:the death rattle.
The truck, when accelerating with violently vibrate at about 55, and once it starts it will continue at any speed. Sometimes you can rev it and it will kick the rattle, but not always. If you let off the gas, whenever you pick up again, it will vibrate. It started only on uphills, now it doesn't matter the terrain. I've had it looked at by a professional and knowledgeable friends and I'm getting nothin. Any ideas?
If it helps, and isn't in my imagination, the truck feels held back. When you accelerate at times it feels tough to push down like it just doesn't feel like going. It generally feels like the truck is bogged down or is being held back and will usually be followed or preceeded by the shake.
And yes I'm sure the shake is in the engine/mechanics and not the steering/front end. Thanks in advance

Have you checked for a loose driveshaft? Sometimes the vibrations can feel like they are coming from the front. Other than that id check motor mounts and missing. If your loosing power it shouldnt be a tire issue but you never know. Here in mississippi we get mud om the inside of the wheel sometimes causes a balance issue short of like what your describing.

you got something loose... i know you said its not a suspension issue but just for kicks get a buddy in the drivers seat to turn the wheel and look for anything loose under the truck. while under there look at motor mounts trans mounts. and front and rear driveshafts. is there any motor noises... and u explain that u feel it when accelerating but not when decelerating? correct

I maybe misunderstanding you, but you say the truck violently vibrates. Do you mean it has a loud vibrating noise or it shakes like its in an earthquake? If so it maybe one of two problems like I have had. The trackbar wears at one end rather quickly and made my truck shake violently between 45 and 55 mph. I fixed this with a luke's linc cost about $70 and is easy to install and has a grease fitting. That was cheaper than getting a new trac bar. This lasted for about three years and my truck began doing the shake again. This time my 33X12.50 BFG KM were worn badly on the outside and after switching back to my street tires every thing is perfect. I haven't had problems since putting on the new treads.
