Question What fluid for manual trans?

I just put 80 90 gear oil in it. But im hearing i could be wrong. Am I? Thanks guys

Mopar Manual Transmission Lubricant (PN 4761525) is the ONLY lubricant recommended for the NV3500.
Straight from the 2001 Dodge Ram service manual. But you can use the GM fluid that S-10s and Silverados use. The additives in the 80W-90 will etch the yellow metals in the transmission.
