Default Budget E-fan setup, will it work?

Will this setup be adequate for my 96 ram 1500 5.2 4x4. I know it seems pretty cheap, but Im on a college budget. I think I should be able to keep the shroud as well for washer and overflow mounting too. The most weight that I tow is my Jet ski.

It's Chinese, but everything is these days. Why do you need an efan?

My fan clutch is going, and I also want to squeeze out every MPG I can with as little money possible.

Just replace the clutch. Spending money in the attempt of gaining mileage out of a dinosaur V8 is a terrible idea.

I thought it was proven that switching to an e-fan will gain an extra 1 mpg or so. That adds up for me.

The Tornado fuel saver and Electric turbochargers are also proven.
