95 ram seat repair

My 95 ram has the electric driver seat and it has 3 moters on the bottom of the seat. One of them has quit working and i can't find a replacement anywhere--anybody have any ideas or one for sale maybe?

I would try a junk yard. Good news is just about any chyrsler product should have the same type motor.
