Transmission adjustment?

Just got my trans rebuilt, I pulled it and had it done and reinstalled it, and it shift really really late, I was told in order to get my warranty I need to make sure it's adjusted right, so my question is...
What do I have to adjust?! To get my warranty and or make it shift proper, I have a 46re trans in a 97 ram 1500 5.2 4x4 any help would be great!!

everything except the TV cable should be adjusted.

search TV cable adjustment, ive written instructions on this many times

Adjust your Throttle Valve cable on the throttle body.
