Have a question about setting the fuel sync. Ive read that the DRB III tool from the dealer is the way to set it. Is there other Programers/scanners etc. that will do it? I hear snap-on makes one as well. can anyone give me the name of some of the other tools?

Any scanner that can read the +/- that the distributor is moved off center will help you "set" the fuel sync. The snap on MT-2500 can read this info, as can the DRB-III the dealership has.
