overnight UPS or Fedex shipping can be $50 or a lot more.
i would rig up a temporary engagement lock before i'd pay a huge amount of shipping. if you can engage the collar and lock it in place with a dedicated vacuum or some other cad rig, then you could just leave it engaged the rest of the winter. it won't hurt anything.
