i would like to replace my fog lights (the whole light assembly). what is the best way to do it? can i do it with out taking the bumper off? i can see/feel some bolts, and screws but not exactly sure which ones to take out. i have a 2000 ram 1500.

 

There are clips that hold the black plastic on the bumper. Pinch them and pull the black piece off.

 

There are two 1/2(IIRC) nuts holding each assembly in get a ratchet and extension and they will fall right out, go from the top with the hood up, you will feel them on each side of the plastic brackets, there at the top, none on the botom
