recently the truck started making a squeeky/crunchy noise whenever i turn the wheel, i hit everything i could find with wd40 and it wont go away. its extremely irritating and i was wondering if anyone had some ideas. if you need ill take a video so you can hear it

 

Maybe the bushing at the end of the steering column under the brake booster is bad. Reach down there and grab the end of the column and see if it wobbles around.
