Default Adding cruise control to a factory non-cruise

96 ram 1500 5.2 manual

I'm swapping the above engine/harness/PCM into my Wrangler. I don't know if it had factory cruise on the donor truck, but the wires for cruise in the harness are there.

Are all PCM's programmed to handle cruise if I get the vacuum solenoid, brake switch setup and cruise switch.

Thanks, I plan to. I just didn't know if all PCMs came pre-programmed cruise ready.
